Valores no trabalho: um estudo sobre a motivação e os atrativos de carreira na profissão de motorista.

Abstract

This work have the objective to analyse and to identify the values related to the work, motivators and career attraction of the driver professional as well as qualification iniciative to this segment. The research was apply to changers licence candidates at Conductors Formation Center, at Gramado, a town located at the south Brazil. The strategy research adapted is a research qualitative. It is a case study of collection technique using questionary and simple analysis estatistique. The objective was to identify the auto-perception of the values related to the work and motivators associated to the "up of the career". As a result, identify that the candidates aim to the stability as the main factor in the value scale of work, follow by the on the work predominantly to the career lyfe style. With this, suggest that the career plan consider this points in the human resourses.
