It is estimated that half of them are unaware of their condition. In low and/or middle-income countries, more than 90% of people with glaucoma are still undiagnosed. Among those diagnosed, 35% are already blind. Affordable and effective screening approaches are therefore needed to identify the individuals at risk for vision loss. Widespread use of screening using fundus imaging, with AI-assisted classification, could allow glaucoma to be diagnosed alongside the other leading causes of blindness at low cost. Implementation studies are needed to determine how and where to apply these new tools. Many important research questions remain unresolved and require substantial investment and a concerted global effort to answer. Meeting the current need, the present research proposes to evaluate the application of deep learning methods in the diagnosis of glaucoma. To accomplish it, four existing CNN architectures (InceptionV3, SqueezeNet, VGG16 and VGG19) were applied to approximately 1550 fundus exams, evaluating different image treatments. In the best performance scenario, an accuracy of 0.71014, precision of 0.71019, recall of 0.71014 and F1 score of 0.71012 were observed. As next steps, it is planned to link the training results to other medical data, as well as other imaging tests in order to improve the method. It consists of soil moisture, temperature and light sensors, and microcontroller that monitor the health of the plant. The system is designed to guide the user in the care of the plant's health and watering, using the user's perception together with an expert system algorithm to improve the device itself. Flora also has a localized irrigation system in case of emergencies, but the system focuses on user interaction with the care of the plant. The use of the expert system aims the data used to be optimized and revised, considering the individuality of the plant, the habits of the tutor and the environment in which both are found, thus creating a particular intelligence focused on the user and his plant, making possible in the future the construction of a health database of domestic plants, regarding the sensors used. The device was tested and successfully delivered for its purpose, a purpose that was re-signified throughout the research. Still, in current times, Health Care Establishments (EAS) need, at any time, to undergo changes in their layouts to meet extraordinary demands and/or facilitate the work and care of assistance teams and clinical staff, which directly affects the your electrical installations. The present study aims to list the appropriate protection measures to circumvent possible failures of the electrical system, being the same short or long term, in an EAS, from the entry of the energy supply by the concessionaire to the direct use of electromedical equipment by the nursing teams and clinical staff in inpatient, surgical and post-surgical areas, aiming at the safety and reliability of the services provided. Throughout the study, the main components of an electrical installation present in the EAS will be analyzed, with a description of its operation in the light of current regulations, in particular NBR 5410:2004 and NBR 13534:2008, as well as RDC 50:2002 , and their importance as key elements for the proper functioning of the institution and the tranquility of the nursing teams and clinical staff to be able to perform their function. At the end, we will carry out a case study in an EAS consisting of inpatient beds, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), operating rooms, outpatient environments and other medical places, applying a proposed methodology that allows performing a compliance analysis identifying the areas where the main faults in electrical systems and the actions that can be taken to overcome them. Since it is the responsibility of the distributors to calculate and estimate technical losses using this method, the state of the art in the subject is constantly growing in the country, however, the hiring of proprietary software stands out in terms of cost and application, thus making it possible to take advantage of free software such as OpenDSS to enable this type of technical loss analysis. Consequently, the purpose of this work is to create a computational tool for calculating technical losses according to the method guided by ANEEL, which properly has a easy-to-use graphic interface and that it is possible to simulate conductor replacement works in the distribution analyzing the impact on technical energy losses. Thus, knowledge of Python language is applied with integration with the OpenDSS software, provided by the Electric Power Research Institute - EPRI, as well as the use of the library OpenDSSDirect to comply with ANEEL’s power flow calculation method, in which calculation repetition routines are implemented, together with the daily mode of OpenDSS, allowing the monthly calculation of the technical losses of an already modeled network for use in the software. In this way, the work reached the proposed objectives, and the tool proved to be functional, the friendly interface and intuitive, the results achieved in the calculation of technical losses were consistent with the history used as a reference for comparison, as well as the difference found between the tool calculation and the loss history, was below 2.5% for the simulations carried out in a sample of the distributor’s feeders, keeping below the assumption of up to 5% of difference adopted in the methodology. In the same way, the reconductor function proved to be useful for the cases in which it was applied, thus being able to estimate which work of this purpose has greater impact on the distributor’s technical losses.
