Pellenz, Simone Isopo
The inclusion of students with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders in the regular Brazilian education system, although legally established, still faces challenges and generates discussions in the daily school routine. Given this complexity, this dissertation investigated the pedagogical practices of five early elementary school teachers, exploring their experiences and the inherent challenges of teaching in diversity. The aim was to analyze these practices in relation to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), identifying their benefits and challenges in the classroom. This qualitative research collected data through audio narrative interviews with five teachers from a public school in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre. The analysis was based on the perceptions of authors such as Vygotsky (2010), Orrú (2012, 2017), Santos (2016), Cunha (2020, 2022), Prizant (2023), Haag (2015), Bandeira (2020), and Cruz (2021), focusing on the interfaces among language, education, and inclusion. It was structured into categories such as teacher training and work, teaching and language in the school context, teaching practices with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), assessment, and processes of development actualization and de-actualization. The results indicated that the participants' teacher training emerges from daily practical necessity, their conception of language tends towards its use as a communication tool with teacher-centered instruction, there is a lack of knowledge about specific practices for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) despite diagnostic information, assessment is primarily used to measure student knowledge, and the teachers' discourses reveal both the presence of de-actualizing elements and actions that favor student development. Thus, the study points to the need for a paradigm shift in teachers' perception of their role, considering their conceptions of teaching, learning, and working with language in the context of inclusive education for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

<title>Design estratégico e moda: trânsfugo, o corpo profano</title>

<description>Design estratégico e moda: trânsfugo, o corpo profano
Alves, Jean Matheus Dias do Nascimento
Gender identities that deviate from the binary system of man and woman still remain on the fringes of social organizations. Fashion, although it is a field that can be used to amplify movements against such marginalization, is still established, in terms of gender, in a binary manner. When it engages with dissident genders from the Queer community through so-called "genderless" fashion, there is often either an attempt to neutralize gender markers through clothing or a reliance on exaggerated binary stereotypes. The objective of this dissertation is to construct scenarios through strategic design, capable of subverting normative views of gender. This research follows a path of questioning the established norms still present in fashion collections, proposing—through bodies here referred to as transfuges —means for a form of fashion that transcends binary limits and embraces the plurality of bodies of all genders without erasing their specific marks. Through the proposed methodology, which culminates in the execution of the fishbowl technique, it is expected that a journey grounded in the body and in dissident identities will result in visions that become profanatory scenarios — scenarios that break with the hegemonic thinking that still pervades fashion: masculinist, misogynistic, and binary.

This dissertation investigates the protagonism of Black women artists from Porto Alegre and how their creative processes contribute to the concept of feminist design. The research stems from the lack of references that acknowledge these women as protagonists in the artistic and academic fields. To address this gap, it discusses concepts such as art, Black feminism, Black creativity, and feminist design, drawing on authors like bell hooks, Angela Davis, Joice Berth, Lélia Gonzalez, and Sasha Costanza-Chock. The core question is to understand how the creative processes of these artists interact with feminist design approaches. The research, qualitative in nature, involved a bibliographic review and in-depth interviews with four Black artists: Fayola Ferreira, Karla Oliveira, Mitti Mendonça, and Pâmela Zorn. The narratives reveal creative strategies and the strength of collectivity as a tool for resistance. The results indicate that, although the Black population represents the majority in Brazil, its presence in the cultural sector does not reflect this proportion, especially in spaces of valorization. Given this, this dissertation reinforces the importance of giving visibility to these productions, recording histories and processes that, connected to feminist and anti-racist perspectives, contribute to transforming realities. It is concluded that the creative process of the artists offers powerful paths to improve the approach of feminist design, reinforcing that there is no innovation without inclusion and Black feminism.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13875</link>
Junges, Rodrigo
We are living through a crisis of affectivity. Relationships are increasingly fragmented, shaped by the logic of performance, productivity, and anticipation. As everyday life accelerates, the inter-relational and affective dimensions tend to slow down — along with the desire and availability to engage with others. This relational fragility, which also affects the way we design, strongly permeates participatory design processes that often claim to be collective, yet operate through normative and instrumental formats, inattentive to the depth of the bonds that sustain the act of doing together. It is in this context that this dissertation proposes intimacy as a sensitive perspective for understanding the quality of relationships in design processes. Here, intimacy is not understood as something romantic or private, but as a relational phenomenon that emerges from being-with, from trust built over time, from negotiated boundaries, from listening that does not anticipate, from presence that makes itself available. Recognizing that interpersonal bonds decisively influence the strength of collaborative processes, this research assumes that intimacy can operate both as a lens for interpretation and as a relational ethic in projects where making is shared. The methodological approach combines three fronts: theoretical deepening of intimacy as a situated experience, open narrative interviews with practitioners involved in participatory practices, and the construction of articulations between theory and experience. From this trajectory, conceptual dimensions were formulated to sensitize the gaze to the phenomenon of intimacy; narrative versions were gathered, expressing diverse ways of experiencing it; and finally, four lenses were proposed, integrating these forms of knowledge and offering a new perspective for rethinking participation in design. These lenses are not intended to be rigidly applied, but rather to serve as fields of attention that help recognize the depth of the bonds that sustain co-creative processes. By proposing intimacy as a perspective, this dissertation does not seek to define a new model of participation, but to call design into the relations that constitute it — opening space for ethical involvement with the other, the suspension of certainties, affective listening, relational temporality, and the willingness to be transformed by the encounter.

<title>Atmosferas: repensando o design a partir de espaços afetivos</title>
<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13874</link>
<description>Atmosferas: repensando o design a partir de espaços afetivos
Casanova, Natália
Do you perceive the atmosphere surrounding you at this very moment? Although often overlooked, atmospheres are present in every interaction with the environment, profoundly shaping the way we live, feel, and attribute meaning to the world. More than mere backdrops, they emerge as affective spaces — immaterial fields that, even without fixed contours, exert a direct influence on our bodily and emotional dispositions. This dissertation departs from a phenomenological understanding of atmospheres as relational and enveloping conditions of experience, investigating their implications for the field of design, with an emphasis on strategic design, the focus of this research. While widely explored in fields such as philosophy, sociology, architecture, and urban studies, the concept has only timidly entered the field of design. By recognizing strategic design as an approach already attuned to systemic and relational dimensions, this research argues that attention to atmospheres can expand and deepen design practices by integrating the affective qualities of lived space. The investigation unfolds in two main movements: the first develops a conceptual systematization of the term based on a theoretical review, resulting in the formulation of five atmospheric dimensions — extended presence, sensorial tonality, relational phenomenon, floating space, and embodied experience — alongside a definition of the concept itself. The second movement consists of an exploratory empirical practice with designers, conducted through an atmospheric drift. This experience sought to attune designers to the urban atmospheres surrounding them, highlighting the need for a situated, embodied, and relational design posture. Within this horizon, the dissertation proposes the notion of the atmospheric lens as a critical and affective disposition, capable of fine-tuning the designer to existing atmospheres and, from them, generating conditions for the emergence of new ways of inhabiting the world. This contribution unfolds into the proposal of atmospheric design, which, by recognizing the immaterial as design matter, affirms itself as a practice of orchestration and signification of reality.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13873</link>
Kraemer, Lisiane
This dissertation investigated how design for well-being can contribute to and support the&#13;
improvement of financial education among Generation Z youth. The research adopted a&#13;
qualitative exploratory approach, consisting of individual interviews with economically active&#13;
students and a focus group with professionals in the field of design, aiming to develop design&#13;
guidelines that promote more responsible financial practices. The analysis was structured&#13;
around three main axes: participants’ financial profiles and habits; their experience with digital&#13;
financial applications; and their perceptions of engagement and learning in financial education.&#13;
The results revealed ambivalent behaviors toward money, marked by a desire for financial&#13;
autonomy as well as impulsiveness and lack of planning. A low adherence to financial control&#13;
tools and a strong preference for brief, visual, and gamified content were identified. Based on&#13;
these findings, design recommendations were developed, focusing on simplicity, empathy, and&#13;
the use of more playful strategies as a means to bring Generation Z closer to financial education.&#13;
The study contributes to the field of strategic design by proposing solutions aligned with the&#13;
emotional and technological needs of this generation, expanding opportunities for engagement&#13;
in more conscious and responsible consumption practices.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13872</link>
Cima, Gaia
This research addresses the environmental and social impact of fashion in the context of the anthropocene, highlighting the issue of fast fashion and its linear consumption model, which generates a growing volume of waste and the exploitation of vulnerable labor. Sustainability in fashion thus emerges as an essential concept, promoting circular economy practices and material reuse to mitigate socio-environmental damage. Considering this broad issue and the potential to encourage sustainable practices, this research, situated at the Municipal School of Elementary Education (Emef) in the Porto Novo community of Porto Alegre, explores how Strategic Design can guide Social Innovation to transform textile waste into opportunities for economic and social development. The project aims to promote dignity, autonomy, and empowerment in the community, which, despite facing socioeconomic challenges, presents a strong cultural identity - fundamental for implementing initiatives that integrate social development and environmental preservation. The main objective of this study was to develop a Social Innovation project guided by Strategic Design in the Porto Novo community, to promote dignity, autonomy, and empowerment through the revalorization of textile waste stored in a warehouse next to the school. The methodological approach used in this study is structured into three simultaneously occurring phases: theoretical (bibliographic and documentary research, case studies, questionnaires, unstructured dialogues), conceptual (identification of the project's DNA and construction of the intervention strategy), and practical (workshops and monitoring). The results indicate that implementing a sustainable fashion project focused on the circular economy and upcycling can generate positive impacts both at the individual and collective levels. The workshops promoted increased self-esteem and awareness about material reuse and sustainability in fashion. The conclusion reinforces the relevance of Strategic Design as a catalyst for Social Innovation and highlights the potential of projects that unite sustainability and social impact. The research demonstrates that fashion can go beyond consumption, serving as a means of social and environmental transformation, especially in vulnerable communities like Porto Novo.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13870</link>
Nascimento, Bianca Moraes do
Design is an area of innovation, and organizations create departments to develop innovations based on design. The practice of design requires a certain amount of freedom to create something new and is also related to originality - values that seem to clash with the organization’s controlled nature. The innovation sought by organizations is often defined in terms of capital growth, market expansion, and investment, rather than risk. Therefore, in the corporate reality, it is unthinkable that a project could arise from an uncontrolled creative act. This paradox - between control and innovation in a corporate environment designed to foster innovation, such as an innovation laboratory - shapes the objective of this research: to understand how design can explore the relationship between control practices and innovation processes from the perspective of innovation laboratories. To achieve this, the objective is broken down into: understanding how control practices manifest in the field of design through a literature review; characterizing innovation from the perspective of the organization, design, and laboratory in the literature; understanding how control manifests and impacts the organizational environment of the innovation laboratory, from the perspective of professionals working in these spaces; and proposing challenges for the design field to intentionally shape innovation projects within the organizational environment of innovation laboratories. At this stage, the research presents a literature review addressing topics such as control; control in design; organizational innovation; innovation through design; and innovation in laboratories. It also discusses the methodology adopted for the fieldwork, which involved interviews with seven professionals who worked in five innovation laboratories of large Brazilian companies. The analysis of the results revealed eleven forms of control observed in the innovation processes developed in these laboratories, all of which affect design practices: control through temporality; control by alignment with strategic objectives; control through alignment with reference research; control through power dynamics; control by avoiding discussion; control through implicit regulation in positioning; control via innovation concepts or expectations; control due to fear of risk; control through infrastructure; control through perceptions of investment; and control by the projected return on the innovation project. These forms of control are discussed in light of the challenges they pose to design, such as making control mechanisms visible and encouraging dialogical processes; promoting tension between creative freedom and strategic direction; reconciling various control forms in the pursuit of innovation; and addressing control as a restrictive force in innovative design projects.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13861</link>
Ferreira, Mylene
This study deals with the dynamics of the intermediary circulation (FERREIRA;&#13;
ROSA, 2011), having the communication process by imagetic flows involving Petrobras as a privileged phenomenon for the observation of marks of the environment in which we live, a society in the process of mediatization (GOMES, 2017). We take as research case the&#13;
articulations between the (co) advertising, journalistic productions and the manifestations of social actors interacting in media devices (FERREIRA, 2006). We observe how the&#13;
associations of meaning, especially the imagery metaphors, are operationalized until the&#13;
construction of what we consider as image-synthesis (ROSA 2012). A qualitative and&#13;
semiological project (VERÓN, 1997; 2014; FERREIRA, 2013; 2016), presented through an&#13;
imagetic and analytical mapping of one of the possible approaches involving Petrobras from 2014 to 2018. As a research problem the search to understand how the communicative process in focus was presented and constituted, and for that they are established as key questions: How do the meaning associations about Petrobras operate in the intermediary circulation to mean the company? And, how do these associations relate to attempts to update the social and symbolic imaginary linked to the company, given the impact of the mediatization process? Using the indicative (BRAGA, 2008) and abductive (SEBEOK; UMIKER-SEBEOK, 2014) method, two communication circuits (BRAGA, 2012) are constituted: “Storm” and “Reinvention”. These are circuits analyzed by both textual and figurative image flows (VERÓN, 2004). With the images considered in “flow ahead” (BRAGA, 2012), with intelligibility conferred by operations performed in the circulation process (ROSA, 2012), we pursue the following specific objectives: a) to seek articulations of meanings and imagery references about Petrobras , with historical symbolics and fragments of the organizational imagination being debated and updated between 2014 and 2018; b) identify, in the dynamics of the intermediary circulation, the Tempest and Reinvention communication circuits, being formed by materialities - from heterogeneous sources and formats, operationalized in imagetic flows; c) to perceive mediatization marks in the discursive processualism observed, involving production and recognition of meanings about Petrobras, coming from both the organization itself, as productions of journalistic institutions and manifestations of social actors interacting in media devices. Observing the profusion of meanings, media operations are outlined both to propose, question and / or (re) build Petrobras's foundational symbolic (CASSIRER, 1994), as well as traces of an imaginary / symbolic perlaboration that - inspired by the triad “remember, forget, working through” of Freud (1914), lead us to proposals of updates of the social imagination (CHARAUDEAU, 2006; 2017) for a widely communicated, spoken and “communicating” organization (BALDISSERA, 2009). We seek here to portray a complex social process, with imaginary circularities (ROSA, 2012) that appear and disappear continuing the case, which ends up being exasperated (FORD, 1999; 2002), that is, a case alive in the unpredictable sea. of mediatization.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13860</link>
This research discusses the process of creating avatars in contemporary&#13;
technoculture. Through this reflection on what avatars are, we seek to understand&#13;
their implementation and use as personas, with the main goal of comprehending how&#13;
avatars evolve in different experiences within technoculture. More specifically, we&#13;
aim to understand the context of contemporary technoculture, question the&#13;
convergence of avatars in various digital representations, grasp the context of&#13;
avatars in digital publications, and comprehend the culture of convergence and the&#13;
imaginary worlds in which avatars are situated. We depart from an epistemological&#13;
assumption of imaginary worlds as addressed by Flusser and the convergent worlds&#13;
of Jenkins. However, the methodological journey is supplemented with the&#13;
archaeology of imaginaries by Kluttenberg and Benjaminian constellations,&#13;
establishing a methodology with a constructively critical approach concerning the&#13;
production of avatars and their relationship with the involved communities. This&#13;
methodology enables a representative consideration of avatars and the objectives&#13;
behind their placement or positioning, established both by users and in conjunction&#13;
with the accompanying companies. It was possible to conclude through the three&#13;
collections developed that users have the need to represent themselves in the virtual&#13;
realm. This representation can be both identical to the current self and also an inner&#13;
self of each user.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13778</link>
Based on the great expansion of bilingual schools in Brazil and, highlighting that the development of an additional language today is no longer seen as an autonomous discipline but rather as a practice situated in the authentic context of the classroom, taking into account diversity and cultural plurality within the school environment, integrating language and content, classroom management is questioned in this multifaceted context in the presence of a single teacher. Thus, the research proposal defended here aims to explore new possibilities for organizing co-teaching, characterized here as two teachers working simultaneously in the same classroom, in a bilingual context, interacting in two different languages, within bilingual schools and/or with a bilingual curriculum program, in order to advocate how the spaces of action and the different roles of these teachers in classroom management are constituted, highlighting how the different languages are used in these interactions. The essential data for this research are qualitative and ethnographic in nature and were generated from the analysis of pedagogical plans, the application of individual questionnaires and the holding of a focus group with a speculative character. The research revealed the participants' understanding of co-teaching as the presence of more than one teacher in the classroom, without each of them necessarily having a defined role. The co-teaching practice stood out as a resource for compensating the demands of time and logistics of the institution. Regarding the use of two different languages in a shared space, it was clear that the teachers understood that, in order to be a genuinely bilingual teacher, one must have knowledge and proficiency in the additional language. The results show numerous benefits of co-teaching for the students, especially better use of the class, greater attention and understanding of the content, and a safer environment for using the additional language. For the teachers, the best use of time, the exchange of experiences, interdisciplinarity, better interaction between teachers, and greater interest in bilingual education at school stood out. For the students, almost no challenges were pointed out; and for the teachers, the greatest challenges of the practice were the need for more time and/or better organization of integrated planning, clarification on the definition of the new roles of teachers in the collaborative classroom, and the lack of opportunities to approach colleagues to establish bonds. According to these benefits and challenges identified by the research participants, incipient guides for co-teaching were provided and a continuum was developed, with the intention of promoting a more in-depth reflection on the breadth of possibilities regarding this educational model. This research is organized into five chapters, the first of which is an introduction to the bi/multilingual education scenario in Brazil and a reflection on the plural ways of learning of 21st century students, followed by the chapter on theoretical assumptions, research methodology, analysis and discussion of data, ending with final considerations with a view to reviewing current and updated teaching perspectives, taking into account cultural diversity and plurality within the school environment.

Menezes, Felipe Morais
The complexity of contemporary challenges demands new approaches that transcend past established practices. Faced with the need to tackle complex and poorly defined problems, strategic design emerges as a tool to deal with uncertainty. On the other hand, futures literacy, promoted by UNESCO, aims to empower individuals to imagine transformative futures. In this context, speculative design stands out for its ability to open new perspectives on complex problems, encouraging debate and imagination. The research proposes to explore the following question: what is the potential of speculative design in Futures Literacy? From this inquiry arises the overall research objective: To analyze the potential of Speculative Design in Futures Literacy. Using an exploratory methodology with an experimental bias, this study identified gaps and necessary conditions for futures literacy and potential values identified in speculative design. From this relationship, a practice is conceived and conducted where speculative design values, extracted from the literature, such as criticism, openness, tension, interaction, anticipation, recursiveness, and experimentation are organized into stages to develop futures literacy. The conducted practice is described and presented to specialists, and its contributions are discussed through triangulation between theory, practice, and interviews. In the discussion, after triangulation, differences in terms of objectives, motivations, and outcomes among futures literacy approaches, speculative design, and the conducted practice are identified and explored. Convergences such as methodological flexibility, scenario imagination, and temporal displacement are also identified. After this stage, new values are identified, such as systemic thinking and signal exploration. Finally, a new approach called LEAF (Experiential Futures Learning Laboratory – in portuguese: Laboratório Experiencial de Aprendizagem em Futuros) emerges as a proposal, based on five principles: meta-exploration, temporal plexus, experiential emancipation, tangible catharsis, and diegetic reverberation.

This research aims to theorize and comprehend the emerging contagions of play on TikTok, providing insights into the authentication of techniques and perceptions of videogamegraphics images (Bittencourt, 2018) in playable filters. Beginning with an analysis of the dimensions of audiovisual proposed by Kilpp (2010), the study seeks to establish a solid foundation for the development of investigation, authenticating the audiovisual aspects of the object. The research utilizes Bittencourt's method of videogamegraphics images (2018) to dissect playable filters (the object of study) into their machinic, audiovisual, and ludic layers, exploring the temporal and technical contagions present in playable filters. Through media archaeology, the aim is to reconstruct and understand the techno-cultural traces, tracing the development of image techniques to playable filters and identifying relevant turning points. For data collection and analysis, a cartographic approach is adopted, combined with archaeological action (Fischer, 2015), allowing for the registration and authentication of the layers of contagion present in images produced by TikTok. Finally, Kilpp's framework methodology (2010) is employed to analyze and describe the different layers and framing of elements present in the images, considering their technical, aesthetic, cultural, and communicative specificities. Through these directed constructs, the research seeks to address the question and established objectives, contributing to a broader understanding of the contagions of play on TikTok and their implications for the culture of computational software and the production of videogamegraphics images.

Gendered disinformation, a concept that emerged within the broader field of disinformation&#13;
and communication studies, has been widely used by the Brazilian conservative wing as a&#13;
political strategy to disseminate large-scale lies about women and minorities. In recent years, this form of disinformation has been identified in the discourse of politicians such as former president Jair Bolsonaro, one of the key figures responsible for promoting what has been labeled as “gender ideology,” which has become a classic example of this category. In light of this, the present work aims to identify, drawing from content analysis and the concept of gendered disinformation, the fact-checks conducted by the Lupa agency during the second round of the 2022 presidential elections on its Instagram profile.From this point, we thematically categorized the topics and identified the meanings produced in the&#13;
disinformation process, highlighting, for quantitative analysis, those linked to gender&#13;
disinformation. Lupa does not have a specific manual for covering these issues, nor did it&#13;
engage in prebunking posts on Instagram. Nevertheless, the outlet maintains a range of&#13;
partnerships and participates in events with sectors of society dedicated to media literacy.&#13;
Among the findings of this research, the importance of imagery in fact-checks stands out for the users who follow the page, as many of them, based on their comments, appear to already have a pre-established agenda.

Noggi, Thamires Batista Braga
The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted various social spheres, among which the challenges encountered in basic education during the suspension of face-to-face classes due to the increasing spread of the virus are particularly noteworthy. In this context, this dissertation aims to investigate, through the oral narratives of mothers of elementary school students, how they discursively construct their children's school experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study adopted a qualitative-interpretative approach, utilizing narrative interviews with the voluntary participation of four mothers of students from both the early and final grades of elementary school, evenly divided between the two groups. The theoretical framework employed in this work includes authors such as Coscarelli (2020), Mendonça (2021), Kersch (2021), Rojo (2020), Bastos and Biar (2015), Flannery (2015), and Moita Lopes (2021). The research reveals how the mothers position themselves and structure their discursive organization. Additionally, other aspects are identified in the participants' speeches, such as the multiple functions that the school institution fulfills, going beyond formal education, establishing routines and quality of life for many families. Similarly, from a micro context, the data highlight the macro, illustrating some differences between families that already had a well-established routine before the pandemic and those that faced difficulties due to the lack of in-person school support.

Socio-educational detention is one of the measures applied to young people who have been charged with committing an offense by the judiciary. Much more than a punishment, this measure is, according to ECA, a right and, for many, the opportunity, previously neglected, to resume their studies, interrupted due to their involvement in illegal acts. In this educational context, this research, which addresses the socio-educational environment and the role of the teacher, aims to identify emerging identities from the oral narratives of seven teachers from a detention unit in Rio Grande do Sul, who work in socio-educational programs, during their participation in a university extension course that took place between 2020 and 2021 (pandemic period). This is a qualitative-interpretative research, which uses narrative studies, according to Bamberg (2002), Ochs and Capps (2001) and Labov and Waletzky (1967), inserted in the field of Applied Linguistics, due to its humanistic nature and the fact that the study of narratives identifies a discursive-interactional role and contributes to the understanding of social life, demonstrating how the identities of these teachers are constructed in interaction. The analysis of the data reveals that, in the narratives of these teachers, identities emerge of professionals who understand, welcome and transform realities, while at the same time positioning themselves in relation to young people and their performance in the detention environment.

This dissertation explores the mediatization of hospitality through a mediatized case study of the Airbnb platform, used by travelers and hosts on a global scale. The study analyzes the communication strategies developed by the Airbnb platform highlighting how it establishes dialogues and mediates business relationships in a circuit of accommodation offers. Grounded in the theoretical frameworks of mediatization, circulation, and interactional matrices, the research draws on the works of Eliseo Verón (2009, 2013), Pedro Gilberto Gomes (2017), Stig Hjarvard (2013), among others.Methodologically, the study adopts a multi-level approach, combining the author's dual perspective as both a user and researcher. Through a detailed analysis of Airbnb's interface, language, iconography, and logical and algorithmic processes, the mediatized case study aims to reveal how the platform creates a highly complex interactive environment that promotes trust and a sense of community among its users.The findings align with the transformative impacts of other digital platforms on traditional market segments, demonstrating how Airbnb's operational and communicational logics are operationalized in this social and economic context. This work contributes to a broader understanding of mediatization in contemporary society, particularly in how digital platforms influence cultural and communicational practices.

The algorithms of culture (Ferreira, 2020) are agents of mental experiences materialized in culture, highlighting the logics of racialization, operationalized by branquitude (Bento, 2002; Campos, 2023; Cardoso, 2011; Ramos, 1995; Schucman, 2020) , and the Afro-referenced logics of resistance, which emerge as responses to the racism present in society. Mediatization as a reference interactional process (Braga, 2006) reconfigured social interactions, expanding discursive spaces, but also provided new forms of racial oppression, such as those produced and reproduced in the online environment by digital algorithms. Given this, this dissertation aims to investigate the algorithmic logics installed in culture and digital media, from the perspective of mediatization, based on the circulation of meanings as a space for tension or reification of stigmatizing and racialized logics present in public space. The construction of the research case was developed based on episodes of delivery of racialized search results taken from the Google search engine. The research is based on the abductive method (Ferreira, 2012) and uses the mediatized case study as a methodology (Weschenfelder, 2020). The cases of algorithmic racism present in the Google search engine are mobilizing hypotheses, producing questions such as how the production of meanings generated by the algorithmic logics of the Google search engine, based on the delivery of racialized search results and put into question media circulation, activate Afro-referenced circuits, registered on different digital platforms, and journalistic media? How do Afro-referenced circuits and journalistic media pressure Google to change these results? The circulation of meanings (Fausto Neto, 2013; Ferreira, 2013; Rosa, 2019) exposes practices of resistance to these racial oppressions produced on Google by racial biases instilled in digital algorithms, with circulation promoting social values (Rosa, 2019). In view of this, the mediatization process, together with the historical actions of black movements as educational and political agents (Gomes, 2019), was central to the emergence of widespread racial literacy initiatives in society. From this, the configuration of Afro-referenced circuits has resistance and denunciation of racialization logics on digital platforms as a social response to confront media institutions that promote racialized algorithmic logics.

Fukuoka, Katsutoshi Rech
This dissertation explores the concept of "Design Attitude" among non-designers within Information and Communication Technology (ICT) organizations. The study delves into how these professionals, typically not formally trained in design, adopt and integrate design thinking and practices into their work environments. The research is anchored in multiple case studies involving diverse ICT teams, ranging from innovation departments of multinational corporations to small startups and companies maintaining legacy systems. Through in-depth semi-structured interviews with non-designers, the study aims to identify how organizational and occupational cultures influence their design attitude. The findings underscore the significance of embedding a design mindset in non-designers, highlighting the transformative potential of design in fostering innovation and strategic thinking within ICT organizations.

<title>Café literário: leitura crítica e protagonismo no Ensino Médio</title>
<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13476</link>
<description>Café literário: leitura crítica e protagonismo no Ensino Médio
Oliveira, Djeine Murussi
Literature has been present in people's lives since birth, through lullabies or reading classic children's books. We call this literary literacy. New technologies, in turn, have broadened the forms of access to reading, resulting in changes in the field of literary literacy. That said, this paper focuses on literary literacy strategies for students in the first and second grade of high school, in two public schools located in a town in the metropolitan region of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Attention to this topic is justified by the need to think about methodologies that involve students and awaken their pleasure in reading, turning them into critical readers with a more comprehensive view of the world. In this sense, the Literary Café is proposed as a methodology that places the student as the protagonist of their literary choices, while the teacher guides and observes the process. The objective of this research is therefore to present and develop, within the scope of the Literary Café, a literary literacy practice for teaching literature in schools. As for the specific objectives, we have i) to present and ground the Literary Café, identifying the stages to be carried out inside and outside the classroom; ii) to identify and analyze the students' impressions of their reading practices, based on their literary reading experiences, in a dialogue circle; iii) to enhance the role of Literature in school to promote the student's protagonism, criticality and autonomy in society; iv) to promote the development of reading strategies, through the Literary Café, so that they reach other school groups, thus increasing the perspective of forming student-readers. In order to achieve these objectives, the data was generated from a dialogue circle with students from the 1st and 2nd grades of secondary school at the schools participating in this research. The theoretical basis, among others, includes Cosson (2006, 2009), Machado (2019), Candido (2011), Souza (2020), Thewes (2021), who support the idea of the relationship between literary literacy in the integral formation of the student, as an individual inserted in the literate and social environment. The data analyzed provided favorable answers to the question about the role of Café Literário as a literary literacy proposal, considering the project itself, the students' reading experiences and the scope and reach of the activities carried out. It is expected that, through this research, it is possible to contribute with more reflections and data about the importance of literary literacy as one of the areas of action taken by the school to encourage a constant interest and habit of reading on the part of the students, making them critical readers and protagonists of their literacy process.

<title>“Mas nunca me esqueço”: a face feminina da Doença de Alzheimer</title>
<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13474</link>
<description>“Mas nunca me esqueço”: a face feminina da Doença de Alzheimer
Dornelles, Ana Isabel Eltz
Caused by the accumulation of the beta-amyloid protein and the presence of the tau protein, the Alzheimer’s Disease (henceforth AD) generates the neuron’s death and the nerve synapse’s lost which trigger symptoms that affect not only the individual with the disease but also the people around and, at a macrolevel, the society. Given the scenario of population aging, the concern regarding this neurodegenerative pathology has been gaining emphasis in different areas. However, frequently, the researchers developed in the AD’s context still without cause and cure identified (McDade; Bateman, 2017) reinforce a limiting and homogenizer stereotype. Aspects as gender and live history are erased and the deficits caused by the disease are highlighted. In this scenario, the present research aims to understand how the construction of identities occurs in narratives of women with AD in interactions. This work falls within the field of Applied Linguistics and has a qualitative interpretive nature. Data were generated in open interviews, comprehended as discursive events of meaning’s co-construction between the interlocutors (Mishler, 1986) with three participants following the narrative research approach. The theoretical methodological framework applied to analyze the interviews is constituted by the dimensions of narrative from Ochs and Capps (2001) and by the levels of discursive positioning from Bamberg (1997). The results show that the participants, despite the difficulties caused by the AD, managed to remain active during the interactions. Through narratives, they constructed their identities marked by moral positionings towards recurrent speeches in the society they are inserted.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13425</link>
Telling stories is one of the most natural ways to share information, and it is as old as the human species itself. As human beings, we think in narrative structures and primarily remember events in story format. Beyond mere recording and construction of information, when a certain amount of emotion is added, stories have also shown to have a great power to provoke emotional impacts on those who receive them, as long as they are told in the right way. Given this, it was found that there is a possible connection between storytelling and the field of emotional design, a design discipline interested in the practice of designing with the explicit objective of provoking or avoiding certain emotions in its audience. To investigate this connection, this study is proposed, situated in the market segment of the brewing sector. To achieve this, in addition to conducting theoretical investigations on the two main elements of the work, a field research of an applied nature was structured, with a qualitative approach, divided into four main sections. The first section investigates the emotional relationships between an audience and the consumption of alcoholic beverages and, more specifically, beer, generating an emotional matrix upon which to design. The second section employs a case study, using the content of a real brewery to design a storytelling that makes use of the emotion resulting from the investigation of the previous section. Based on this, the third section of this research focuses on testing the constructed brand narrative to verify the emotional reactions obtained from the practice, and finally, in the fourth and last section of this paper, discusses the results obtained from the research up to this point and provides design directions based on this. The findings of this research led to the recommendation of new design approaches, utilizing storytelling from the perspective of emotional design in consumer experiences proposed by brewing sector brands, aiming to establish new emotional connections with their audience.

<title>Conflitos entre as perspectivas do mercado profissional e do mundo acadêmico sobre o papel do design estratégico</title>
<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13424</link>
<description>Conflitos entre as perspectivas do mercado profissional e do mundo acadêmico sobre o papel do design estratégico
Mendonça, Gabriela Faillace
Strategic design has been increasingly promoted within both educational and corporate institutions, leading to various interpretations of the concept. Within this context, and recognizing the differing perceptions of strategic design in academia and the job market, this study addresses the need for alignment and uses this inquiry to develop the research. This dissertation investigates the necessity of bridging these two worlds, aiming to understand the views and challenges related to strategic design, as well as the expectations of both academics and professionals, discussing their relationship and promoting a more cohesive articulation. The research employs an exploratory approach, utilizing qualitative methods to examine the challenges and perceptions surrounding the topic. In-depth interviews were conducted with students and professionals in the field, and the data was analyzed using content analysis, along with a focus group that aimed to synthesize the findings into a visual model. This model consolidates the focal group's findings on the challenges and potential of strategic design and designers, offering suggestions to facilitate alignment. The key findings are divided into three main categories: the first addresses the specificities of strategic design in the relationship between the market and academia, the second discusses the legitimacy crisis regarding the designer's role as a professional and its derivations, and finally, the study revisits the expectations of both academics and professionals in the field, connecting these insights to future recommendations.

Studies on Education and Inclusive Teaching have been on the agenda of Brazilian society. This topic circulates in various mediums, both on social media and in the creation of public policies aimed at including People with Disabilities (PwD) in social settings. This discussion has been particularly brought up in Basic Education Schools and in research conducted by various universities. This research explores different perspectives of identity, focusing on PwD teachers, while also addressing Inclusive Education and terms associated with People with Disabilities, from the struggle for rights to the creation of the Disability Statute. For data generation, the research uses a qualitative approach with the use of two methods: writing personal narratives and narrative interviews. The general objective of the study is to investigate how PwD teachers overcame prejudice and developed their professional identities, and the specific objectives are to analyze the impact of experiences lived by PwDs on identity construction and to identify various identity manifestations among PwD teachers. The research involves three PwD participants, all teachers, two residing in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, and one in the state of Tocantins. The results highlight that social relationships influence identity construction, impacting classroom practices. Additionally, the observed identity manifestations are not limited to the professional realm, extending to roles such as mother, daughter, student, and wife.

This research consists of a case study on President Lula's participation in the Podpah podcast, which was broadcast live on the YouTube platform. The main objective is to investigate how the construction of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's discursive ethos occurs. More specifically, the project seeks to analyze how Lula's discursive ethos manifests itself in the three enunciation scenes proposed by Maingueneau: encompassing scene, generic scene and scenography. Furthermore, it aims to show how the discursive ethos manifests itself in a political speech broadcast on a podcast, taking into account the modifications and adjustments that this speech undergoes when broadcast on a program like Podpah on YouTube. The investigation takes place through the theoretical-methodological framework of Discourse Analysis, following postulates by Maingueneau (2015) and Charaudeau (2019b). The methodology is part of qualitative research and follows the steps proposed by Creswell (2007). To carry out the analysis, the speech given in the interview was transcribed and organized into blocks of interest, according to the most recurring topics during the conversation, namely: i) ethos in the conversation about politics in an indirect way; ii) ethos in talking about politics directly; iii) ethos in the conversation about Lula’s personal life. Around five turns of speech were analyzed in each block, which enabled the perception that Luís Inácio builds the ethé of credibility and identification, consistent with the political figure he represents.

This research aims to analyze, in the verbalizations of a Portuguese language teacher in continuing education, post Covid-19 pandemic, which aspects of the linguistic resources’ teaching are thematized by her in the interaction with teaching trainers. Besides that, we aim to critically reflect on the linguistic analysis’ work in Portuguese language teaching in a school context. In order to conduct this qualitative case study (FLICK, 2009; CRESWELL, 2007), we used as theoretical framework the Sociodiscursive Interactionism (BRONCKART, 1999; 2006a; 2006b; 2008; 2013) and the linguistic analysis’ assumptions (GERALDI ([1984] 2011; [1991] 1997; FRANCHI, [1988] 2006; MENDONÇA, 2006a; 2006b SIMÕES et al., 2012; SUASSUNA, 2012; GIL; SIMÕES, 2015; BEZERRA; REINALDO, 2021). For data analysis, we used the textual architecture proposed by Bronckart (2008;1999), from which we realize the discursive analysis in relation to teaching’s work elements (MACHADO, 2007; BRONCKART; MACHADO, 2009), linguistic resources’ teaching strategies and instruments, capabilities, intentions and reasons for the teachers’ acting (BRONCKART, 2008). The results show an explicit tension in the teacher's verbalizations between what is understood as a traditional grammar teaching versus a linguistic resources’ teaching centered on the practice of linguistic analysis. This tension is permeated by the perspective that the teacher seems to have about the purposes of her actions in relation to students' (mis)understandings about certain practices and uses of linguistic resources in their textual productions. Additionally, it was observed that verbal interaction in the classroom through questions and answers that motivate categorization and identification of certain linguistic resource(s) continues to be the main tool utilized, and there is a view that it is an essential task of the Portuguese language class to operationalize work with metalanguage, regardless of the connection (or lack thereof) that this metalanguage has with the development of the learners' language. These results can contribute to a better understanding of the complexity that exists in teaching actions in relation to linguistic analysis’ practice as well as to promoting training actions on this topic.

The present study shifts the role of emotions to a center place at the organizational environment and its main objective is to provide the development of an emotional strategy aiming to enhance interpersonal relationships based on trust for the project of radical innovation of meaning. The confidence to listen, speak and act is fundamental to producing truly new and profound meanings, which put organizations at true competitive advantage in the face of current social challenges. New meanings emerge from the process of design driven innovation in response to differentiation and it happens through networks of relationships between people who, in a participatory way, share concerns and hypotheses, promoting the constructive collision of ideas. The core of trust lies in the emotions of individuals, however providing the expansion of emotional awareness in organizations is challenging and the historical context makes it unlikely to expect development to occur organically, making intentional action necessary. A meta-project approach is proposed for the progression of strategy in an organization, which was chosen to situate the research. This meta-projection was created based on an in-depth understanding of the emotional needs of the subjects of the organization involved, the participant observation technique and the practice of co-creation based on future scenarios. The methodological procedures adopted led to the discovery of predominant emotional needs in the organization, which guided the proposal: inclusion, peace and progress. The guidance to promote greater confidence to act emerged from the investigations and complements the proposal, which results in a strategy that aims to strengthen experimentation and acceptance of failures as part of the joint learning process, as well as valuing self-knowledge to exercise criticism beneficial to the process for building depth in the evaluation of ideas and decision making. For each organization, a different emotional strategy must be designed, but the established process is relevant to the organization's design journey. Thus, organizations can use design principles to reconfigure not only what they offer, but also how they are perceived and valued by society.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13142</link>
The present study evaluated meanings about self-care produced by brands of feminine aesthetic products on Instagram during the year 2022. The analysis focused on 20 different brands: Bars Over Bottles, Be.nato Biocosméticos, Bio Extratus, Biouté, Bumbum Cream, Care Natural Beauty, Celina Locks Beauty, Dermafeme, Foreverliss, Gummy Hair Vitamin, Hidratei, Just For You, Lavoê, N'Arte, Océane, Pink Perfect, Simple Organic, Tania Bulhões Pele, The Body Shop Brasil and We Pink. The general objective of the study sought to investigate and analyze in a comprehensive and in-depth way the meanings about self-care produced by brands of feminine aesthetic products on Instagram throughout the year 2022. The specific objectives outlined theoretically proposing the notion about self-care, analyzing the complexities and relationships that involve the Instagram platform environment and refine perspectives on feminism and post-feminism, in order to identify the relationships that permeate postmodern society and consumption intertwined with this social network. The methodology used in the study was Grounded Theory (TF), which mobilizes a categorization system in the empirical field to later allow theoretical references to emerge from theoretical sensitivity. The results of the study indicated the understanding of the meanings related to self-care, as presented by brands of feminine aesthetic products on Instagram, is influenced by the intersection of post-feminist ideals. These ideals objectify the female body, considering it as an artifact to be constantly disciplined and monitored through care practices. Furthermore, it is highlighted that the discourses that propagate this logic present a peculiarity in relation to the platform environment in which they are disseminated, as well as a performance involved in the mechanism of influence over women and a biotic notion that permeates postmodern society, considering the interaction between organism and machine. Therefore, self-care must start from a premise of conceptual and subjective reflection, manifesting itself as a life maintenance system and adapting to individual needs and the singularities of each female trajectory.

Garcia, Renata do Nascimento
In this dissertation, we address the dispute of meanings based on the case of Duda Reis and Nego do Borel as a mediatized event. The relationship between these two celebrities was marked by an intense media sphere, in the context of Brazilian media. This research seeks to describe and understand how the case is constituted. To do so, we rely on journalistic reports, as well as comments and publications from collectives. The Duda Reis and Nego do Borel case, in our research, consists of a time frame of 16 months, - June 2020 to March 2021. As for our analysis, we rely on the descriptive methodological perspective of four moments, which are named as follows: Rejection and Family Conflicts, The Mediatized Breakup, The Reality Show and The Legal Conflict. Choosing moments helps us as methodological references. We follow a process that analyzes each of the moments, understanding the operations that describe each of these moments. As theoretical support, we rely on sources that discuss the following notions: Mediatization (Gomes, 2016), Mediatized Case (Weschenfelder, 2019), circulation (Rosa, 2016; Fausto Neto, 2018) and celebrities (Simões, 2012). From the analysis, we realized the power of collectives in the narration and construction of meanings based on the mediatized case.

This research investigates the development processes of the Globoplay streaming platform from the perspective of audiovisual technoculture, with special attention to the tensions established in the relationship between viewer and user. The aim is to present the interfaces of Globo's video platforms in different phases, focusing on television memory and the changes in the relationship between the broadcaster and its audience. To do this, we adopted a methodology based on media archaeology (Fischer, 2008; Huhtamo, 1997), using the practice of excavation as a means of understanding the characteristics of the media. We represent this analysis in layers, addressing Design, Television Memory and Technoculture. This metaphorical approach, inspired by geological layers, aims to recover old interfaces by excavating the company's official websites and the Wayback Machine. This perspective made it possible to go through journeys that reveal video insertions in the company's main digital projects, prioritizing observation in the television memory phase (KILPP, 2005). The analysis of the layers included temporal divisions, represented by a timeline that points to the past, present and future, and was carried out in two stages: a first round that allowed the problematization to mature and a second round that was structured around the construction of the user, interface/platform and television memory layers. The study considered concepts of continuities, ruptures and transformations to identify the evolution of the relationship between the broadcaster and the public.In addition, interviews were conducted with Globo Digital Hub users and professionals, as well as a brief comparative experiment.Conceptually, the research sought to dialogue with audiovisual technoculture (TCAV, 2013) and communication studies (Cannito, 2010; Jenkins, 2009; Shirky, 2011), also using the concept of platformization (Van Dijck, 2018).With regard to the use of interfaces, contributions from Human-Computer Interaction (Manovich, 2001; Norman, 1998) and Interaction Design (Roger, Sharp &amp; Preece, 2013) were incorporated.

Rambo, Mariane Carolina Packes
This research aims to understand which forms of attack occurred against female journalists and which meanings may be perceived from the attacks against Patrícia Campos Mello and Vera Magalhães during the Bolsonaro government. As methodological procedures, we utilize multiple cases study (YIN, 2015) and analysis of the construction of meaning in digital networks (AQUINO AND SCHUCH, 2022). From the analysis of cases and the theoretical framework, we perceive two forms of attacks against the journalists: 1) discrediting the journalist in her role and 2) attacking their reputation – aiming to corrupt their public image, both as “respectable” women (considering the patriarchal view of society) and also as serious and impartial professionals (calling them communists, for instance). About the perceived categories of meanings, there is criticism and compliments for both those who attacked and those who were attacked in the comments, e that also journalism in general is villainized by this group. Furthermore, we perceive that, in all attacks, other women were offended and aggressed, often utilizing the same argument and offense targeted to the female journalists.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13134</link>
The central theme of this study is an in-depth understanding of the influences of beauty filters on Instagram on the definition of beauty, female identity and communicative citizenship. The general objective is to analyze how beautifying filters and the possibilities of editing photos on Instagram have an impact on the way women define what is beautiful, and how they construct their communicative citizenship. The specific objectives are (a) to analyze how Instagram contributes to the formation of beauty standards and female identity in the current context; (b) to problematize how these communicating subjects define what is beautiful and materialize it through their posts on the Instagram platform; (c) to investigate how communicative citizenship is influenced by the use of filters on Instagram, considering self-image and the meaning of beauty for women; (d) explore women's perception of the representativeness of different bodies, ethnicities and ages on social media, in order to understand how these standards impact the diversity of conceptions of beauty; and (e) analyze the role of research and personal reflection in the researcher's training as a professional, thinker and agent of transformation in the field of communication sciences. The research problem proposed for the study was: "how Instagram's photo filters and editing possibilities affect the way women define beauty and construct their identity. How can the sight of their own edited image change their perception of beauty and create a material desire to turn the image into reality?" To this end, the exploratory and descriptive method was used, through a literature review, documentary research and ethnographic research in a digital environment, with the application of two collection instruments, namely questionnaires and interviews. The data obtained from the interviews was analyzed qualitatively, using in-depth content analysis, and the questionnaires were treated qualitatively and quantitatively using discourse and content analysis. The results obtained suggest that the construction of female identity is an intricate process, influenced by various factors beyond just physical appearance. Valuing diversity and deconstructing unrealistic beauty standards are highlighted as essential elements for building a healthier and more positive identity. Observing ambiguities in women's communication on social media reveals a notable insecurity associated with the use of these platforms. Although some women claim not to be affected, the analysis indicates that, within the dynamics of digital interactions, there is a significant influence on the adoption of standards suggested by the platform itself. The dichotomy between self-perception of resistance to external influence and evidence of compliance with the platform's expectations highlights the complexity of online interactions and their implications for the construction of women's digital image. This scenario highlights the importance of questioning and putting established standards into crisis, recognizing the multiplicity of perspectives and the need for a critical approach to influences on social networks.

The purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the phenomenon of mediatization through a study case: the police raid on the Casa de Acolhida São José, which took place on March 17, 2021. The case received widespread media coverage and was mediatized. It involved social actors from different realities such as women, children, religious people, the community, supporters and anonymous people. It involved different social fields, from the police to the religious, legal, international and institutional relations, circulated on communication channels in Brazil and abroad and reached micro and macro environments, triggering different actions of interaction. As it took place in a house which responsibility is of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Chambéry, this was the main institution investigated in terms of analyzing how the case was publicized. The theoretical foundation was based on the study of these main concepts: mediatization, circulation, social processes and fields, language, communication and religion. The in-depth study of the topic was based on the case study, as well as the methodology used to support the analysis. In order to achieve the proposed objectives and answer the guiding question of the research, we undertook a journey of observation, monitoring and analysing media materials that were triggered by the case, from photos and videos, to speeches, public notes, materials in newspapers and digital social networks, and the internal repercussions in the congregation involved. The whole journey had as its backdrop, to perceive, identify, analyse and investigate the phenomenon of mediatization in flux, circulating between the various moments and stages of the case from the zero point of the event in 2021 case from the zero point of the event in 2021 to June 19, 2023, the date of the last material analyzed.

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13128</link>
Vargas, Carlos Eduardo Saraiva
This dissertation explores the Brazilian audiovisual advertising memory present in the content creation practices of YouTubers. Throughout our investigation, we conducted an exploration on the YouTube platform, seeking to understand how Brazilian audiovisual advertising memory, initially produced for television, is showcased in the context of content production practices by YouTubers. To achieve this, we selected two channels as observable units that utilize the theme of audiovisual memory as their main content: Canal 90 and Arquivos 1000. Initially, we provided a contextualization of the trajectory of the YouTube platform since its inception, exploring its characteristics and its interactions with users, advertising, and contemporary technological culture. Building on this contextualization, we progressed towards the central issue, empirically analyzing our observables and establishing connections with modalities of audiovisual content storage. Along this path, we conducted online excavations, inspired by the perspective of media archaeology, to find elements that compose and characterize these audiovisual memory practices. During our investigation, we focused on the remediation of these contents, with emphasis on the practices of YouTubers. Pertinent reflections emerged regarding the presence and practices of these creators within the platform. Furthermore, we identified significant changes occurring in these practices over the analyzed period. In this process, we grounded our reflections in the contributions of authors such as Georges Didi-Huberman (2006), Gustavo Fischer (2012), Lev Manovich (2001), Jay David Bolter and Richard Grusin (1999), Walter Benjamin (2006), Henri Bergson (2006), and Crystal Abdin (2018). This theoretical contextualization allowed us to identify how some YouTubers, through their channels on the platform, strategically use audiovisual advertising memory, creating a variety of content with distinct approaches.

Nichele, Carine Filippi Chiella

<link>http://repositorio.jesuita.org.br/handle/UNISINOS/13123</link>
Fernandes, Angela Carvalho
The research presented aims to promote a study on topics related to educommunication, citizenship and communication, carrying out an analysis of the communication products of the Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Sul (MPRS), to understand how it is viable to observe the presence of educommunicational aspects and citizens in these communication channels. Therefore, the study aims to elucidate how educommunication and citizen aspects bring information and knowledge to society, interpret the institution's communication products, propose improvements in educommunication processes and reflect on the impacts that educommunication and citizenship generate for society. Based on these reflections, it will be possible to answer the problem question that is being inserted in this dissertation: “How do MPRS communication products inform, educate, problematize, guide, question the understanding of citizenship exercises for subjects?”. The concepts of educommunication, citizenship, communication and communication products will be addressed throughout the research, with the aim of reflecting on these themes and questioning the aspects underlying this context. Furthermore, it is necessary to include a chapter that explains the role of the MPRS, in order to highlight the importance of this institution in society and enable readers to understand what its role is. Therefore, it is essential to describe and analyze the means of communication used by the MPRS, which will help readers better understand the details of this study. The theoretical framework is configured by arguments from: Soares, Kunsch, Felice, Sodré, Aristóteles, Duarte, Marshall, Alves, Soares, Edgar Morin, MCLuhan, Peruzzo and Baccega. The methodology was defined based on the strategies proposed by: Bachelard, Bonin, Bourdieu and Maldonado. It could be seen that educommunication and citizenship collaborate with society in the process of claiming their rights, and, therefore, the MPRS could improve the incorporation of these elements in its communicative production. After carrying out the exploratory research, it was found that the MPRS could improve its approach in relation to educommunicational issues present in its communication materials, which would contribute to helping society better understand its rights and duties within the scope of citizenship. The MPRS could develop greater intensity educommunication strategies, so that it builds a communication environment of great knowledge for society.
